After a very rough start to my life, in 2020 I started training and never looked back. Exercise was an outlet for my trauma. It allowed me to feel strong and capable. I found my purpose.
As I fell in love with exercise, I also came to appreciate proper nutrition. It allowed me to exercise with energy and was the key to me unlocking a superior physique. During my fitness journey I started with cycling and calisthenics, then moved onto distance running, transitioned to weightlifting, practiced muay thai for a time, mastered kettlebells, and am now in a space of body building with hopes to compete in the next year or so.
I value mastery, respect for the process, and making it a lifelong fulfillment. I hope to spread my love for healthy lifestyle to the world.
